Patti Smith rocks Rome, October 10th, 2021.

New York’s Patti Smith put on a terrific concert at Rome’s “Nuvola” (Cloud) convention center.  After nearly 50 years from the release of her epic LP “Horses” the 74 year-old Smith is still going strong as she got her fans rocking in Rome with old hits such as “Because The Night”, “Gloria” and “People Have The Power”.

She did a beautiful rendition of an old Stevie Wonder song as well as a touching song which was dedicated to all the victims and their families of the Covid-19 pandemic.  The “poetess” of rock, as many Italians call her, was joined on stage by her song Jackson Smith on guitar and her daughter Jesse Paris smith on piano.

Robert Henke's electronic show in Rome, September 27th, 2020.

A rather crazy show in Rome by Berliner Robert Henke as up on stage he used four forty year-old computers to produce what sounded like “music”!  The show was called “CBM 8032 AV.

Vasco Brondi, Rome September 23rd, 2020

Vasco Brondi, a young new Italian artist with some interesting and pleasant songs.  A four-piece band.  A nice concert but because of the Covid-19 the indoor musica hall was only 3/4 full.
