Indeed a pleasant concert by Korea's Global Musician Group at the Korean Culural Institute of Rome.

Ara Malikian Rome, November 24, 2017

Quite the high-voltage concert by the Spanish violin virtuoso Ara Malikian.  The musician of Armenian-Lebanese origins played to a full-house in Rome’s Auditorium.  

He was joined on stage by a seven-member band.  A pity that at one point the show was interrupted as a male spectactor had a heart attack (and hopefully NOT because of his music!).  All’s well that ends well as he was taken to hospital and pulled through.

Tony Allen and Jeff Mills, Rome, October 1st, 2017.  Mills, a Detroit DJ, joined forces on stage in Rome’s Auditorium with 77 year-old Nigerian drummer Tony Allen.  It was a 70 minute concert full of electronic music.
